The available bedroom is located within a 3 bedroom flat. The flat is within a small block of 6. Located on a beautiful leafy road, in Grove Park, Chiswick.

The location is quiet but the area is well serviced by shops, pubs, transport and sporting facilities (golf, rugby, rowing, tennis and 2 gyms/health clubs).

The flat is modern, decorated and furnished to a high standard with wooden floors, slate kitchen work surfaces and smart lighting throughout.

The available bedroom is newly painted, has 1.5 meters of wardrobe, a set of drawers and a desk.

The new tenant will share a modern bathroom with one other tenant. Which has a bath and overhead shower plus good storage space.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, plus a washing machine and a tumble drier.

Both existing tenants are female.
One tenant has an ensuite bathroom plus her own workstation. She has been living at the flat for almost 6 years and loves the area and the flat. She is artistic, tidy, very easy going and enjoys cooking and having a chat.
The other tenant has been in the flat for nearly 3 years. She is lovely, also easy going and works part time from the flat and working locally the rest of the week.

The living room is spacious with a large L-shape leather sofa, bookshelves, dining table and a large TV. The bills are looked after by the tenants and amount to about £170 per month each.

The garden (for all the tenants) is hardly used but has a big charcoal bbq, large teak table and chairs for up to 8 people and gets the afternoon sun.
There is also a lockable bike shed.

The location is fantastic. Shops, sports facilities, plus the river Thames with great pubs, all within easy walking distance.

There is plenty of on street parking but it is restricted between 10-12 to permit holders. CPZ permits cost about 22p per day.

The flat is a very short walk to the Chiswick station with SW trains east to Waterloo and west to Hounslow or Weybridge.
Plus it is ideally situated between the M3 and M4 for car drivers.
