Double room to let in Chiswick

We're a couple with a dog looking for someone to rent the small double bedroom in the flat we're renting from a private landlord.

We've been living in the flat for a year and a half and we've made it our home so we're looking for someone who's on the same wavelength and will fit in with our lifestyle. Most importantly as we both work from home a lot, we're looking for someone who doesn't, due to limited space in the flat. The right person also has to be very clean and not have parties in the flat or many people round.

The flat is situated between Chiswick Park tube station and South Acton overground station - both are are within 5-7 minutes walking distance. The area is very green and there is a nice high street 10 minutes walk away.

The pictures attached show the room (the bed and wardrobe are staying, the drawers are not), bathroom, kitchen and living room, and the front of the property.

The bills roughly come to £110 a month (water, council tax, gas, electric, and internet).
