Cosy double near Chiswick Riverside - inc bills

Hey there! We’re Lisa, Carolina, and Piyumi, and we’re excited to offer a bright, cozy room in our flat in Grove Park, Chiswick, from 1 August. Our flatmate Melissa is moving on, and we’re looking for a professional woman around our age to join our long-term home. If you’re on our wavelength, ready to muck in, and value a respectful, friendly vibe, we’d love to meet you!

THE ROOM & FLAT
The flat was refurbished a couple of years ago. Theres a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen (perfect for chats while cooking). There bathroom has a shower/ bath and there is a separate toilet. It never feels like there are 4 of us in the flat with our different schedules.

The room is small but bright (338cm x 237cm), furnished with a double bed (new mattress), loads of under bed storage, desk, chair, and chest of drawers. The wardrobe is in the hallway to maximize space, but if you prefer one in the room that can be arranged.

Note: the boiler is in a small cupboard in the room, serviced annually in May, and we may need rare emergency access (it’s well-maintained, no worries!).

Rent + bills (£130) is £819 pcm all in. No extra costs. Payable on the last day of the month.

• 1-min walk to the nearest bus stop (E3 & 272 bus to Turnham Green station)
• 5-min walk to Chiswick Train Station
• 7-min walk to the riverside
• 10-15 mins stroll to vibrant Chiswick High Street (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose, Tesco Express)
• 5-min walk to a Co-op and local shops
• 5-7 mins to Chiswick House and Grounds for a nature-filled escape

We’re past our party years, cherishing time at home and in nature - wandering London, exploring Chiswick, hiking, or joining community events. We keep the flat tidy, respect each other’s space, and are excited to welcome someone who’ll make our home their own as we renew our lease together.
