Description

We are looking for a fun, people-oriented and responsible person (cis/trans female or enby) to join us in signing a 1-year contract for our 3-bed two-story flat. Available from 12 June 2025.

We are a group of close friends in our mid-late twenties. One of us has lived into the flat since June 2021 with two others joing later. Sadly one of our number is moving back to her hometown to reconnect with her Welsh roots after a joyous time together in London.

The flat is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a terraced house. It is extremely well located in Chiswick, very close to both Chiswick High Road and the river, less than 15 minutes from two tube stations and (most importantly in our opinion) directly opposite a big green dog-park.

The room is on the second floor/attic space. It is a cosy room with a handy nook for clothes storage and a double bed. The room also has a landing space which is exclusively for the use of the person in the attic room.
The furnishings pictured are owned by the existing flat mate and she is open to sell on all items in the room as a package or individually as needed. Please ask for more information.

As we are great friends we live communally and comfortably in the flat. We are looking for someone who actively wants to develop friendly relations with their flat mates. This is the place for you if you want a lively home environment where you can indulge in watching reality tv and doing fun arts & crafts together. We also put time and energy into our jobs and other activities and would like our new flat mate to have a full life as well.

We have professional jobs and work partially in the office and partially at home. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to an additional desk if you need whilst also giving lots of room to create a relaxing living area. We would prefer someone who is also a professional, but are open to people with other lifestyles if they are compatible with ours.
