Hello!

We are Patricia and Claire, and we live in a lovely flat in Chiswick with our friendly dog, Alma. We work in the Finance and Education industries and have been living in this flat for two years. However, one of us has now moved out, which is why we are looking for a new flatmate.
We are looking for a respectful, friendly, and tidy flatmate to share our flat. We value independence and privacy but we are happy to make plans together to make our flat feel like home. Our flat is in a residential area near Chiswick House and Gardens and the riverside walk, which is great for walking or riding. The area is also nice, green and safe.
Chiswick has several locations that are within walking distance, such as Chiswick Swimming Pool, which is a 5-minute walk, Chiswick House, which is also a 5-minute walk, and Chiswick High Street, which is a 15-minute walk. If you need to travel to Heathrow Airport, it is 10 miles away, which is approximately a 20-minute drive or a 40-minute train ride.
The travel zone for Chiswick is 2, and there are several transportation options available, including buses and tubes such as Barnes Bridge, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green, and Chiswick Station that take you to Central London in 30 minutes. The buses that run in this area are E3, 533, and 190, with a frequency between 5 and 10 minutes. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking available, and it's free of charge.
Our flat has three double rooms and one single room, which we use for working and storage, and a guest room. We keep the number of people living in the flat to three, so there is plenty of space for everyone. The flat is large, clean, and bright, with two balconies, one bathroom, one separate WC room, one kitchen, and one communal living room. The available room is a furnished double room with a fitted-in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. You can even fit your desk in the room if you wish.
The rent for the room is 850 PCM plus bills. Broadband and TV license (there is one TV in each room) are included in the rent. You will need to pay for electricity, gas, water, and council tax monthly. The bills are usually around £80-£100, including council tax.
Please note that there is a friendly, calm, loving, and quiet dog in the house. Alma barely barks or makes any loud noises, except when she gets excited to see you come back home.
