Hello!
I am looking for someone to take my place as I am moving abroad - moving date 4th of June.

Location:
The flat is in Chiswick w4
- 6 min walk to Turnham green station ( district line - zone 2)
- 6 min away from the bus 94 who goes directly to Piccadilly circus
- Bus stops just 30 seconds from the front door toward Hammersmith/ Shepherd Bush where you can find either the piccadilly line or central line.

There flat is on the high road - you can find shops (Tesco/Sainsbury’s) as well as a restaurants/pubs.
There is also a big sainsbury's nearby, and everything you need.

The room:
The room comes unfurnished - I am able to leave my small double bed which is a memory foam from EMMA brand plus a frame with storage for only 100£
- the room face the back of the High road which is very quiet
- the room is located below the flat which gives complete privacy

The whole flat has been refurbished in 2022, very modern and comfy.
The kitchen is modern and will come fully equipped with everything you need. There is a built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

Other good features:
- brilliant private landlord who is very apprensive and responsive!


Flatmate's name is Anna, Italian from Rome🙋‍♀️
Anna is 60 year old , lovely and sociable. She respects own space and she is also very tidy & clean to live with ( she is a professional housekeeper)
Anna works full time and loves spending time outside with friends.
I am 29 yo and I have been living with Anna for an entire year. I can assure that the age gap hasn't been a problem as Anna has a very younger spirit, she has also been living in different places around the world which is a PLUS as she is very open minded.
She doesn't mind having people over and also she spends most of the time in her room giving the other person privacy.

Key info:
Monthly rent: £925 plus bills.
Gas/electricity are usually very cheap.
During summer the maximum paid has been 50£ ( 25£ each) we have a very low band D - during winter max 130£ ( 65£ each)

Water bill every 6months for an average of 100£ ( 50£ each)
Deposit: 5 weeks rent £1038
