It’s very important to me that my future flatmate respects the house rules, communicates openly, cooperates when needed, and keeps the shared areas clean and tidy. I believe that living together works best when both people are considerate of each other, respect each other’s space and routines, and make an effort to keep the home comfortable and pleasant for everyone.
