Room to rent in lovely riverside flat

I'm moving out of this gorgeous flat by Chiswick Pier and looking for someone to take over the tenancy from me.
It is an unfurnished, light and airy double room (aside from a bureau) . Built in wardrobe and you'll have the use of a private bathroom.
My current housemate works evenings so looking for someone who works during the day and you'd both mostly have the flat to yourself!
There is a huge living room with doors out on to the balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer dryer.
The flat itself is 20 seconds from the river, a 20 min walk to Chiswick high road/Turnham Green Station, 10 mins to Chiswick station or plenty of regular buses to Chiswick or Hammersmith nearby (though that is a lovely half an hour walk along the river).
There's a parking space in the basement garage where you can store a bike. It's on the third floor and there is a lift!
Council tax is around £135 a month.
