Room in bright Chiswick Flat, Zone 2

Hello all ☀️

We (Brandon (he/him) and Sam (he/him) are searching for a lovely new housemate to join us in our bright Chiswick flat.

Rent is £800 (excl bills - approx £910 incl bills) - only fluctuation is if bills change

We live just a 5 minute walk from Stamford Brook tube station on Chiswick High Road surrounded by great parks, coffee shops and super markets.

It’s super simple to Commute into central as well as being a short walk to the Thames and a 15 minute walk into Hammersmith.

You'll be living with two professionals one in their late 20’s and one a little later 20’s if you’re generous with math….(31 🥲) - we are a couple and rent the other two rooms in the flat. LGBTQ friendly and while we're both very friendly and are down for a sociable glass of wine, we are equally respectful of eachother’s space 💆

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, chilled and clean so the at feels fresh and like a home. Available from the 12th of December and sadly we can't accept pets or couples.
