Large and bright room in spacious house

We have a large double room available from the 3rd August in our very spacious house in Chiswick.

Current housemates are two professional males (35 and 46) both working in the wine trade.

We are clean, tidy, respectful, easygoing, with busy work lives and would like somebody with a similar lifestyle to join our household.

The house is very large with 3 good sized bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, dining room, living room, garden and plenty of natural light throughout the property.

Bills come to around 170 each month meaning all in the room is 990 monthly.
