Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving for work.

It’s a double bedroom in a two bedroom flat with shared living area and balcony. The rent is £1,200pcm not including bills. Council tax band E. All costs split 50/50.

The bedroom is furnished including a comfortable double bed, huge wardrobe with mirrors and two bedside tables.

The shared living area is a combined kitchen/living room. Includes all standard appliances, dishwasher, large TV, large and comfortable sofa, and washing machine.

The bathroom is shared with a very nice overhead shower.

There is also a balcony off the back of the flat which has been very nice while it’s been warm!

The flat is on the first floor on a quiet street just off Chiswick High Road. 6 minute walk to Chiswick Park station (District Line), 8 minute walk to Gunnersbury station (District Line and Overground). Also a 5 minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s with lots of other shops, restaurants and pubs along the high road. If you have a car there are two parking spaces for our block of six flats and street parking permits are fairly cheap.

A little bit about me: I’m a 28 year old doctor, living back in London for a year now (was previously here for six years for uni). I work shifts so you’ll have the flat to yourself a lot of the time.

The room is available from 25th August 2024. We would be signing a new contract so 6-12 months would be ideal. References etc will be required through the estate agent.
