Spacious ensuite double bedroom available from June 2026 (can agree on earlier date) in a bright, two-bedroom flat with lots of natural light and a huge living room. And parking space is included 🚙The flat is on the 1st floor of a secure building, less than a minute’s walk from the river — ideal for peaceful walks or a run 🏃🏼‍♀️

You’ll be sharing the flat with a 34-year-old professional (me) two cats — both are very needy (cats, not me 😁) and will require hugs from you, so being an animal lover is a must. Someone who lived with cats before would be preferred.

The room is furnished and comes with a built-in wardrobe and your own ensuite bathroom! The bed has drawers underneath too, so you will have lots of storage place.

A bit about what I’m looking for:
Someone easygoing and kind. I really would like us both to feel comfortable living here. We can spend time together now and then (movie nights, a walk, board games or simply chatting over a glass of wine) or give each other space, whatever you will be more comfortable with is ok with me (the cats may have a different opinion 😁).

A little about me:
I’m into the outdoors, crafts, documentaries (especially history but really all kinds), books, salsa, music, vinyl hunting and chilled nights in. If any of that sounds like your vibe, we’ll probably get on really well.

Bills:
Are not included — total is around £234 per person per month (Council Tax Band F). Looking for someone who will stay at least until September 2027 - no short stays please.

🚌 5 min walk to 190 and 533 bus stops (takes you to Chiswick main road, Hammersmith, Richmond)
🚆15 min to Chiswick rail station
🚶‍♀️20 min walk (or 10–15 min by bus) to Chiswick Park and Turnham Green
🚶‍♀️20–30 min walk to Hammersmith (or 15-30 min by bus)

Will be done via Foxtons.
