Double ensuite room (Females only)

Spacious ensuite double bedroom available from mid Jan 2026 in a bright, two-bedroom flat with lots of natural light and a huge living room. The flat is on the 1st floor of a secure building, less than a minute’s walk from the river — ideal for peaceful walks or a run 🏃🏼‍♀️

You’ll be sharing with a 33-year-old professional (me) two cats — one very friendly who’ll become your little shadow once he warms up to you, and one who mostly keeps to herself and you’ll barely see.

The room is furnished and comes with a built-in wardrobe and your own ensuite bathroom.

A bit about what I’m looking for:
Someone easygoing, kind, and good at communicating. I really value a home where we can both feel comfortable — spending time together now and then (movie nights, a walk, board games or simply chatting over a glass of wine) but also knowing when to give each other space and being able to talk openly about what we need.

I’m into the outdoors, crafts, documentaries (especially history but really all kinds), books, salsa, music, vinyl hunting and chilled nights in. If any of that sounds like your vibe, we’ll probably get on really well.

Rent increases by 5% each September, with the next increase set for Sept 2026.
Bills not included — total is around £220 per person per month (Council Tax Band F).

– 15 min to Chiswick rail
– 20 min walk (or 10–15 min by bus) to Chiswick Park and Turnham Green
