En-suite double bedroom

Professional looking to rent out my flat. I am looking to move to another property in the north of England and will most likely spend the majority of long weekends (Thursday evening - Monday evening) there. I work in soho as a surveyor during the week so the flat will be mostly empty. Looking for someone to rent my main bedroom and I’ll stay in the spare room when I’m down. I’m pretty chilled and enjoy socialising but also enjoy quiet times in. Looking for someone to share my flat with who’ll enjoy it as much as I have whilst respecting it.
The flat has air conditioning, a robot vacuum, brand new kitchen with all the appliances you need, living room with sky tv and BT fibre internet. There’s Philips Hue lights throughout and a TV cabinet so you can hide the TV if you want. It’s a secure building with CCTV, intercom and is only a stones throw away from St Peter’s Square, Stamford Brook Underground, Chiswick High Road and the river.
