2 spacious rooms in a beautiful house with garden

We are looking for a housemate to join our house share in Chiswick! We live in a lovely 2-storey house. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), a small bathroom and a big bright living room with dining table, a couch, two armchairs and a TV, and a wonderful garden. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor, and two bedrooms plus a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. We are currently looking to fill one room on the first floor. The new tenant would be sharing the bathroom on the second floor with two other tenants. The room will be available from the 1st of September. We are looking for someone respectful, clean and sociable who would like to make this house feel like a home!!


Room 1 - Rent £728 + bills £125, so £853/month in total. The room is located on the first floor. It is spacious and has plenty of storage. It is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a small desk. The room is east facing and overlooks the garden.



Room 2 - Rent £785 + bills £125, so £910/month in total. ROOM TAKEN.

Bills include electricity, gas, council tax, wifi and water.


The housemates - You will be sharing with me (Micol) and my partner Gareth (we share the ensuite room of the house), and our friends Kieran and Alice. So we will be 5 people in total. I work in science research, while Gareth, Kieran and Alice work for the Civil Service. We are active and outdoorsy, we love hanging out together (watching movies, having dinner, etc.), but we are really respectful of each other's space.


Bike parking - This is a semi-detached house and we have an outdoor covered space we use for our bikes, bins and gardening stuff. 



The area - The house is beside Chiswick House and Gardens and just 10min walk from the riverside. It is a very nice and quiet residential area and the neighbours are really nice. The High Street is only 15 mins walk away and it has plenty of local shops and a big Sainsbury's. 



Transport - We are a 10min walk from Chiswick train station and 15min walk (5min cycle) from Chiswick Park tube station. Turnham Green Station is pretty close too, under 25 minutes walk. There are plenty of bus stops only two streets away. 



About the agency - The agency is great and always helpful with house issues. They will request a background check in order to be included in the tenancy agreement.
