I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a large terraced house a short walk from Chiswick High Street and Turnham Green station with easy access to central London.

The room is available from 10th September but I am looking for a replacement quite quickly. I am available for viewings now in person or by video call.

The room itself on the first floor is perfect for a single professional with space for home working. Current housemates are all professionals. No students or couples are permitted.
