The area is very residential, full of parks, nice shops, pubs, Restaurants and transports running to the center.

The flat has wood floor everywhere!:), living room with two comfy sofas and dining area, a big window facing a lovely common garden, big TV screen with Virgin broadband WiFi , Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime Movies.
Spacious and bright kitchen with all amenities available and a large dining table.

is spacious and bright, with a comfortable king size mattress and a chest of drawers.
Spacious bathroom with a bath and big window so it is very airy and bright.
The building:
It’s residential, neighbours are quite, professionals and families. There is a private park area belongs to the building so if you have car or a bike you are more than welcome to park inside for free:)

We are a small family, so you feel like home , it is very peaceful and family environment. We are very busy during the week, with work , activities etc… weekends we are mostly out, meeting family’s friends, cooking, exploring nature, going on bike rides, Events, Theatre, Museums etc…

We are looking for :
A FEMALE ONLY respectful and easy going. Tidy and clean please is a priority request that keeps the property nicely like home.
Student or Professional.
NO smoker, no party animal.
Preferably NO WORKING FROM HOME every day.
