Cosy double bed room available now in Chiswick

I have a lovely room in a two bed flat available now.

About the flat/room 🏡
- It’s a ground floor flat, fully furnished with a brand new kitchen and flooring
- It has outside space (but needs a bit of TLC!), a lounge/kitchen with big high ceilings and shared bathroom with a bath
- Your cosy bedroom is quite small but gets loads of light, has a double bed with under bed storage and a separate wardrobe (although this is located just outside the room)
- Bills are on top of rent and will be £100pm but happy to show these to you and in the summer, with the heat off, it should reduce

About me 🙋🏻‍♀️
- I bought the flat two years ago and have since spent every weekend fixing it up (who said girls can’t use a drill!). I will be a live in landlord as I live in the other bedroom
- I’m 38 (although act a lot younger 🙄) I work in marketing at a law firm, working 2 days from home the other 3 in the city
- I socialise a lot after work so am out quite a bit but also love a chilled night in

Looking for:
- Professional female, working full time, 9-5
- Over 30 (sorry, but you young’uns don’t want to live with a 38 year old!)
- Someone tidy, clean and considerate
- Who works from the office at least 3 days a week
- No cats

About the area 📍
- Sights: 3 mins to the beautiful Chiswick House & Gardens, 10 mins to the busy high street with lots of nice cafes, shops and restaurants & 10 mins to the river with the most gorgeous little riverside pubs
- Transport: It’s a 10 min walk to Chiswick Park Underground (District), 10 mins to Chiswick Overground, 15 mins to Turnham Green Underground (District & Piccadilly) & Gunnersbury (District)

Full disclosure:
- The flat is on the very busy A4 road although thankfully you don’t hear the traffic from the bedrooms at the back of the flat
- Also the outside of the flat needs some serious TLC (which is what I will be beautifying in the upcoming months)
