Double Bedroom with own private bathroom

I'm a proud owner of this very cool flat where I live and also I've invested in the best furniture and appliances, so have made it as comfortable as can be for any future housemate. It's also quite a luxury flat on a very peaceful and prestigious road in Chiswick, so you'll be living in the safest and most affluent area (check the listing from Airbnb below).

Hoping any new housemate will be sociable, professional and good company. I'm in marketing, half Spanish (so Spanish speaker) and quite business orientated (I travel a lot), so anybody is welcome, personality will matter most to me :)

I've previously had this room and the whole flat on Airbnb, which you can feel free to search on the website, it will have the description -
"Full private bedroom + bath with parking"

My reviews in the above ad, hopefully say a lot to my character, as I'm a considerate housemate when sharing my flat; I think the benefit is that in the past I've always been in a house share and have always had good experiences and long-term friendships, I know how to live with people and share the space 50:50 which maybe a lot of live-in landlords are unable to do after a certain point.

I just want to enjoy living there and having good company can improve each others quality of life as opposed to living alone - so interviewing anyone interested and I can be flexible with the check-in date.
