Hello! I am relocating, and am sad to be leaving my perfect 1-bed in Chiswick behind. The flat is semi-open plan and comes semi-furnished.

The area is lovely, with pubs, restaurants, shops, barbers and other amenities right on your doorstep. It's easy to access other parts of London from here, with plenty of busses and the following local tube/overground stations a short walk away:
- 10 mins to Chiswick Park
- 8 mins to South Acton
- 14 mins to Turnham Green

The flat only comes furnished with 1 sofa, and I have added the rest of the furniture myself. I am happy to sell all the furniture I've brought to the flat to the new tenant for £300.

As the new tenant will be replacing me on the contract for the remaining year (with potential to extend the lease), there is a £500 pound fee the estate agent will charge for this, payable by the incoming tenant.
