It’s with a heavy-heart that I’m moving out of our super friendly flat. It’s such a great place, good-size double bedroom and your own ensuite with a toilet/shower, garden, large living room and lovely flatmates.
About the room/flat:
Double room, fully furnished, built in wardrobe, large windows, private ensuite.
4 bedroom flat, large shared living room /kitchen, garden.
9 minute walk to Gunnersbury Station (District Line & Overground), 5 minute walk to Kew Bridge Station (SWR), multiple bus links within 2 minute walk.
10 minute walk to the Thames, Sainsbury’s Local, cafes, etc. with multiple bigger shops/supermarkets slightly further on Chiswick High Road.
About the flatmates:
Sharing with an Aussie girl (Jas) and two English guys (Olly & Will) who are all working professionals with busy schedules. All the flatmates are super social but also enjoy their own space - we are all friendly and love a good chat in the living room, watching tv together and the occasional pint together, but equally all have our own busy lives.
Ideally looking for someone who is easy to chat to, friendly, tidy and respectful.
EDIT- Rent: £710 per month + approx £100 bills. £720 deposit. Each person pays a monthly bill and then we put it in Splitwise so that it all works out equally - this works really well!
