We've got a double room available in our 4 bed flat in Chiswick 🌸

About the room/flat:
-Double room, £800 plus bills available from 22nd October. Heating is included in rent, council tax band D
-The rooms is unfurnished, but the current tenant may be looking to leave some furniture which you could buy off them if you wanted to. However, the wardrobe comes with the room
-The flat is in a super lovely safe area close to river, which has some great pubs. We also have access to the communal green space and bbqs, and like to make use of them when the weather is nice!
-We're a short walk to Chiswick High Street which is great for bakeries, pubs and charity shops
-We're close to Gunnersbury station (7 min walk) and Kew Bridge (13 min walk) so have access to the district line, overground and the train that runs to Waterloo. We're also close enough walk to Chiswick Park, Chiswick and Turnham Green stations.

We're 26, are in to cooking, having friends over for dinner, going to the pub, chill evenings watching 00's rom coms and running/gym classes. We're looking a housemate that will become more like friends and enjoy communal living.
