The flat is lovely, bright and modern. It has a large lounge, bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher and double fridge), dining room, cellar (plenty of storage opportunities), a utility room, a shed/garage space and a garden.

You would be sharing with one professional female (32) who works in theatre marketing. She enjoys going to the theatre, dance classes, tennis, running, fashion, golf, photography and going to the gym. She works from home two days a week (Monday and Fridays and one Thursday a month). Ideally looking for a male or female with similar interests and hobbies.

Bills would be additional to the rent (normally around £150-180 each per month).
