Small Double Room in Chiswick

Hello!

There is a room available in my 2-bed flat in Chiswick, right by Stamford Brook station on the District line (less than a 3 minute walk) from the start of December onwards! We are right between Chiswick and Hammersmith, so it’s about a 10 minute walk in either direction until you’re in the heart of either neighbourhood! Hammersmith station is a 15 minute walk, or two stops on the tube, for the Piccadilly line.

The flat itself is super cosy with a shared sitting room and bathroom between the two rooms and it’s located on the fourth floor of the building. The lease is also on a month to month basis with the landlord. Bills come to around £130 a month with gas, energy, council tax (Band D) and WiFi.

I have been in the flat for 2 years now and absolutely love it and the neighbourhood! There are so many cute pubs, cafés & charity shops around, and if you love a river walk, the flat is an 8 minute walk to the river Thames.

My current flatmate is leaving to go traveling so the room available is my cosy small double as I’ll be moving into hers 😊

The room came fully unfurnished when I first moved in bar the wardrobe, so I will be moving the mirror, bedside locker and corner table into the other room, but would be happy to leave the 4foot double bed for whoever moves in! We also have a desk and chair in the flat that can be moved into the room if needed.

A little bit about me:
I am a 25 year old former primary school teacher from Ireland currently working as a Performance Supervisor in central London for a team of actors. Very big into watching movies, yoga, charity shopping, going to gigs and heading to the pub for a drink🍷
