Chiswick lovely double room with own bathroom

Hello! I’m looking for someone to replace my flatmate as she is moving out to live with her partner.

The flat is modern, with a large open-plan living room / kitchen / dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (so you will have your own bathroom). It’s nice and light with big windows, high ceilings, hard wood floors, and lots of plants that I’ve brought home :)

The flat is furnished but the room is unfurnished. However it does have a fitted wardrobe with good storage.

I’m a 32 year old woman working in advertising. I work from home 2x per week and I like reading, podcasts, generally being active, going to museums and exhibitions and getting out in nature.

I’m looking for someone who will be friendly, sociable and happy to hang out in the evenings sometimes, but also who will respect each other’s space.

Bills - total approx £175 per month per person, including council tax (band E).

Availability - 4 Dec but there is some flexibility here.
