I’m looking for possible flatmates for the following property, it’s based in Chiswick, just near Gunnersbury and Chiswick Park Station, about ten minutes from Chiswick House and Chiswick High Road.

It’s a one in a lifetime opportunity as the landlord as decided to bring the rent down to 2.300 per month to split between three people, so it would between 760£ to split between each of us.

The location is amazing and although the house is almost completely unfurnished, we would only have the wardrobes and the kitchen furnitures, the agency had let me know that is possible to discuss upon it with the landlord and have it furnished if wished.

The house has three bedrooms, two double ones and a single one, a living a room and a bathroom to share between three people, a lovely garden, a spacious garage so we would have access to extra storage.
