Spacious double in a beautiful house Chiswick

Hey all, I’m currently looking for someone to replace my tenancy as I’m moving out of the area.

The large and spacious double room comes fully furnished with 2 wardrobes, double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and a bedside table.

Within the house there is a large open plan kitchen/lounge and dining space, a front and spacious back garden, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

All bills are included which covers: gas, water, electricity, council tax, internet and also a regular cleaner for all of the communal areas.

The house is managed by Simple Simba and you may notice that they have advertised this room on SpareRoom too. They take very good care of the house and are an excellent agency.

The house is located on a beautiful road near to Chiswick High Street with nearest stations are Stamford Brook or Turnham Green.

You will be living with 6 others who work in a variety of job roles. They like to keep the house clean and well kept.

Ideally I would need to someone to move in on 1st December.

There is a £200 one of payment for the bills at the start of the tenancy.
