Double room in Chiswick

This room will be available from December 17th
The room has plenty of storage space, the flat also has an office (none of the current flat mates work from home so it can be used).

Kitchen has dish washer and washer/dryer plus loads and loads of cupboard space.

There's also a storage cupboard in the hallway and a small rear garden for bikes etc.
Parking permits are easy to acquire from Ealing council and parking space is ample, all nearby roads are on the same permit.

Current flat mates are both males in their twenties, big into football - Newcastle fan and Swindon town fan. We often go to local non league games together or to bigger games if we can. We're all friends so would be good to replace me with someone else who likes sports and a few beers.

Flat does not include bills (which we split) but rent is way below average for the area.

Right next to Southfield recreation park so plenty of greenery, short walk to Turnham Green tube and Chiswick high street as well as ships in Acton high street and Acton main line station.
