Large double room in riverside flat in Chiswick

Looking for a replacement to take over my tenancy in lovely flat right on the river in Chiswick as I am moving out of the area.

Bedroom:
The room is large and bright, with two big built-in wardrobes so plenty of storage! Furnishings include bed (with more storage space underneath) and bedside table. I do have a chest of drawers in the room that I am willing to sell, if the new tenant would be interested.

Shared Areas:
The kitchen is modern and bright with all of the essentials, including a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is plenty of cupboard and shelf space and plenty out counterspace to cook. There is a large, shared living room, with big windows over looking a church and fireplace. The bathroom is well maintained and fairly modern.

Building:
It is a gated building, with plenty of parking. It is also right on the river, so there is a nice spot on the riverside with benches and seats, which is great on a sunny day!

Location:
Chiswick station is a five-minute walk away, with buses that will also take you to Chiswick High Road in 10 minutes (traffic depending!). There is also a great selection of pubs within walking distance, with Kew Gardens just a little bit further.

Housemates:
You would be sharing with one housemate and a cat.

Antony is a nice guy and currently works in a pub, so works a lot of evenings. He keeps to himself a fair bit but is happy to have a chat.

Tubbs may seem shy at first, but she is a sassy ginger cat, who is very fond of cheese and pets.
