Spacious, top-floor, unfurnished double room in a friendly home on a leafy street. Bathroom is shared with one guy. Room is £660 per month, plus bills of £165. Deposit is £850. Our current housemate moves out on the 18th of January, although this date is slightly flexible. 10 minute walk to the river and a 10 minute walk to both Chiswick and Hammersmith High Streets. Property is located on the first and second floor of a period Chiswick home. The area is safe and well-connected. We have a cat but you will not have any responsibility to care for him.

About the house:
A beautiful 3-bedroom Victorian house with a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room. The bedroom is located on the second floor, has a view of our leafy neighbourhood, and has a built in wardrobe.

About the room:
The bedroom is light and bright, with wooden floors and original fireplace (not in use).

You will be sharing with two friendly professionals, Aussie Justine - works in banking, and Brummie Chris, cabin crew.

Looking for easy-going, sociable people who are clean and tidy. Lease is 12 months with 6 month break clause.
