Double room in a gorgeous chiswick flat

Double room in the heart of Chiswick available from 15 Feb (flexible). I am sadly moving out of my flat share and I am looking for someone to take over my room. Located on a beautiful tree-lined high street, the flat is 5 minutes away from Turnham Green station (District & Piccadilly lines), 30 seconds away from Sainsbury's local, 5 minutes away from loads of amazing pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, bakeries, bookshops and M&S foodhall, 10 minutes away from Waitrose and big Sainsbury's.

Your flatmate will be a gorgeous 28yo gay male, working in marketing, who enjoys vintage fashion, music and cosy evenings at home. You will share the living room and bathroom with him and he is very clean, respectful and easy going.

I unexpectedly have to move in with my mother next month to take care of her, so I am looking for someone who can sublet this room until my lease ends which is March 31, 2026. You can take over the lease afterwards too.

Rent is 900 a month plus bills (we currently pay 150 a month each for all the bills including internet and council tax).
