Hi everyone! Myself (30) and Chantelle Garbutt (32) are looking for another girl (25+) to join our maisonette flat, due to our friend moving out with her boyfriend. We’ve been in the flat for 6 years now so will be looking for another like minded person to join us in our homely flat to sign onto a longlet contract. Both of us enjoy cosy nights in, occasionally cooking dinners together while watching a series, a trip to the pub here and there but also value and appreciate each other’s own space. Both of us work full time, I work in retail so out of the flat most days while Chantelle works from home 3 days a week.

The flat is in West London on the Chiswick/acton border. Rent is £750 and bills are an additional £120 (can vary slightly higher in winter due to heating).
8min walk to South Acton Overground station
15min walk (5min bus) to Turnham Green station (district zone 2)
20min walk (10min bus) to Acton Town station (Piccadilly/district zone 3)
10min walk to Lidl and Morrisons
Just under 20min walk to Chiswick high road
