Private floor, 2 rooms + bathroom, Mon-Fri

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac street in leafy Chiswick which has a lot to offer and is also conveniently placed for public transport (zone 2).

The house is located right next to a lovely park. You have your own private floor comprising of a double bedroom (queen size), a sitting room with TV (and a small fridge) and a bathroom. The floor is exclusive to you and there are plenty of storage so you can leave your belongings. The whole house has been renovated to very high standards, and you will also have access to the kitchen and the garden. Subsidised street parking can be obtained from the council.

I am the owner of the house. I work in marketing and I like doing sports, hiking and gardening. I am looking for a tidy person (female 30+) who is looking to stay 4 nights a week (Mon – Fri).

Transport
The house is situated 10 minutes’ walk from Turnham Green Station (District Line but Piccadilly Line also stops early morning and late evening) and 10 minutes’ walk to Acton Central Overground station. There are also many buses to central London, Ealing, Westfield etc. Acton Main Line Station (for Elizabeth Line etc) is a 10 min bus ride away. Easy access to North Circular and M4.

About Chiswick
You have a 10-minute walk to Chiswick High Road with its many cafes, restaurants, bars, cinema, theatre, comedy club etc. There are many gyms available too. A 20+ minute walk takes you to Chiswick House (park with a café and many events) or down to the river with plenty of lovely pubs and green spaces.

Costs
The rent is £1,100 per month and includes all bills (council tax, water, electricity, wifi & TV). £500 deposit.
