Double room in Chiswick

Leaving London for professional reasons, I am then looking for a new friendly female flatmate to take over my room in a nice and young flatshare.

All three other roommates are working as professionals who hope to find a friendly flatmate, responsible, with preferably office hours. They like sharing meals, watching TV, chilling and going out together.
Two flatmates are French but speak English fluently, the other one is Chinese. So although a French speaking flatmate would be appreciated, they would also welcome a friendly, non-French speaking person. :)

The double room is furnished with a double bed, wall cupboards, and shelves. It is very luminous and quiet.
The flat is located on the second floor (a lift is available), is very luminous as well. There is a shared living room with a dining area, two couches and a TV.
There is also a fully functional kitchen, bathroom (with a bathtub), and two toilets (one in the bathroom, the other one separated).
It is facing a park, and is situated 10 min away from Chiswick High Road, which is very lively!

The flat is approximatively 10-15 minutes walk from the train station Kew Bridge and 5-10 minutes walk from Gunnersbury Station where it is possible to take the District line.

The rent will be £825/month from next August, and charges are as follows (also subject to change and variations):

£18.41/month for the water
£40.75/month for electricity
£16.96/month for the wifi
£12.50/week for our cleaning lady (imposed by our landlady)
£52.25/month for the Council Tax
