About the house and your room:
This is a 2bed 2bath flat located in a very good neighbourhood on Chiswick high rd.
It is fully furnished and fully functional house and has everything you will need to just move in with your belongings.
The living room is a open plan with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
The room is a double ensuite with a double bed and mattress and standing shower. Our landlord is great and really helpful so thats a plus.
About me:
The other room is occupied by myself, I am a female professional who goes into work 5 days a week. I am friendly, clean and fun, and prefer someone who is also working, quiet and clean. I speak Spanish and English. I respect boundaries and look for someone who will do the same. I’m pretty new to London myself, so I’m happy to hangout, be friendly and share a good relationship with you, while respecting each others privacy.
Location:
Very centrally located with stamford brook station just a 3 min walk away.
Hammersmith broadway is about 10-15 mins walk away
3 bus stops about 2-3 mins walk away
Sainsbury local about 2 mins walk away
plenty of coffee shops and restaurants on the high rd and king st
The boring deets-
The rent is 2400pcm split between the two so your share will be 1200
References required by the agent to be on the contract. You will be required to meetup with our landlord as well.
Bills come upto 400 per month which is split by 2 - so about 200 per person (council, water, wifi, gas & electric).
The living room is fully furnished with a comfy couch, dining tables and chairs and 2 bar stools
The landlord only provided 1 bed and mattress, we purchased the below between the both of us-
- double bed and mattress
- a microwave
- bins
- utensils and crockery including pots and pans
- a chest of drawers in the hallway for shoes
- clothes airer
- a full mirror in the living room
- table for the room
We’re asking £200 for all of these together but negotiable.

we have tons of cleaning supplies, washing pods, kitchen foil, cling film, kitchen roll, loo roll etc which Im happy to share with next tenant at no extra cost
