Big double room in Chiswick

Moving out of this lovely home to stay with my brother! Looking for someone in the mid-late twenties or early-mid thirties to take on my existing tenancy and have this really great bay windowed room.

The room:
Middle floor fully furnished room that gets plenty of light throughout the day. The room comes with a bed, mattress, desk, chest of drawers, bed-side table, wardrobe and an extra shelving space.

The house:
Five bedroom, three bathroom house with a very large kitchen space, even bigger lounge and dinning space, and an absolutely massive garden, which comes with a shed for extra storage space.

In terms of amenities, there's a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the house.

We also have a big luxury of having a small spare room in the house, which we use for when friends/family need to stay over and it has previously been used as a shared office space.

There's also on street parking that you can use if you get a permit from the council.

Location:
The house is right next to Chiswick House Gardens, so is close to really great green space. Just a short ten minute walk away is Chiswick riverside with some absolutely lovely pubs as you head towards Kew Bridge.

Chiswick high street has nearly everything you'll need just ten minutes away including a large Sainsbury's, great cafes, and good restaurants/pubs. There's a good selection of gyms nearby too.

Sky TV, including Sky Sports and Sky Movies is also provided to the house courtesy of our resident Sky employee.

The house also have nearly all streaming apps that are available that are free for people to use in the living room so you're spoilt for choice!

Housemates:
You'd be joining four other lovely working professionals working in a variety of industries and from different backgrounds. Andy is Scottish and works in sports production at Sky Sports, Nicole is an Aussie and works as an NHS paramedic, and Sarah (Kiwi) works in film &TV + Matthew (Canadian) works in psychology.

We're regularly watching TV or films in the living room together and also do the occasional pub trip too.

Important bits:
- Rent is £843 including all bills such as water, gas electricity, council tax (band F), Sky broadband.
- We also have a cleaner that comes every four to six weeks.
- Deposit required
- The land lady is decent and responsive to complaints about things that need fixing and isn't looking to sell any time soon.
- Move in date is the w/c 18th June or 1st July , definitely be flexible with this if needed either way (I'd be happy to shove myself in the spare room for a few days if you want to move in sooner or later)
