Bright Double Room in Chiswick 🌿

As I am moving to another area for work, I am looking for a person to replace me on a 8-month contract for a double room in Chiswick W4. The room will be available from 7th August onwards, but an earlier move-in is possible (from July 21st onwards) - subject to reference process being completed.

About the room:
A bright double, with huge in-built storage. double bed, mirror and a small table. A window faces the garden so it's always calm and nice. In the evening you get the golden hour. There is a bright bathroom that is being shared with the tenant who lives on the same floor.

About the house:
Apart from you, there are two more tenants in the house (1 girl, 1 boy). The household could be social from time to time, but we all have different lifestyles so we usually have our own schedules.

Kitchen is connected with common space, it's a bright space, a lot of light throughout the day. You can also access garden via kitchen / common space. There is a sitting area downstairs.

The rent is £900/month + bills (that come about £100-120/month). Council tax band E.

The flat is situated in a very calm residential street, but very well connected to the transport.
