I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my current flatmate's room in our lovely two-bedroom flat in Chiswick. The room is available on 1st September, with the plan to renew the tenancy together from 21st September for another 12 months.
Rent: £950/month (bills not included)
Bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, gas, electric, water): Around £180 per person
Deposit: £1096
You’ll be added to the lease starting 21st Sept (references required)
Note; We could either finish up the tenancy and renew or start a new tenancy from the 1st of September depending on what the landlord sees fit.
The house comes unfurnished but it comes with the bed frame.
South Acton is the closest station, about 10 minutes away.
There’s also a bus stop right outside the house.
