Lovely double room available in October

A double room is available in our extremely good value house in Chiswick. Bills come to around £140 a month.

You must be a dog lover as you’ll be sharing the house with Teddy, an adorable Chow Chow. Occasionally we take him for walks and look after him while Verica is away so ideally you would be happy to help with that too.

You will be living with:

Sarah, 38, mental health helpline adviser, likes pub quizzes, being active and day trips out of London.

Verica, 29, interior designer, into tennis, running and finding cute wine bars.

Sam, 35, funeral director. Likes cinema, seeing as many art exhibitions as possible, and walking in the countryside.

Teddy, 5, Chow Chow, loves sleeping, taking his housemates for a walk, and attention.

We are looking for someone easy going, respectful (not really a party house), tidy but not a clean freak, bonus points if you love gardening cos we have a garden that needs a serious makeover!

Please note in order to be considered, you will need to buy the bedroom furniture for £100 - it is owned currently by the tenant moving out.
