We’re looking for someone to take over our tenancy on this beautiful flat that we have to leave due to work, available immediately through Foxtons.

• Tenancy: 5 months remaining on the current term (until the 1-year break clause). At that point, you’ll have the choice to leave or extend the tenancy under new terms.

•Letting Agent: All referencing, contracts, and tenancy management will be handled directly by Foxtons.

• Affordability requirement: Foxtons requires the household income to be at least £66,000 per year to pass referencing.
