Lovely Room in Chiswick (Top Floor)

Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving in with her significant other 🥰 and while I’m sorry to see her go I’m also delighted for her. The room will be available from the 1st November but she has said she can be a bit flexible with dates.

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, and easygoing flatmate to join me in Chiswick as I’m hoping to stay on the lease a bit longer.

Location:
The flat is in a great spot with quick access to Chiswick High Road, fantastic local cafés, shops, and green spaces.

Excellent transport links nearby (closest station is Turnham green underground station, which is about a 5 min walk).

🏡 About the flat:
• Bright and spacious two-bedroom flat
• Comfortable living room and kitchen
• Modern bathroom (shared)
• As a heads up there is no lift in the property as it is a converted house.

The room:
• Plenty of natural light.
• King sized bed frame - the landlord doesn’t actually provide a mattress but my current flatmate is offering to sell hers (only a year old).
• Furnished (bed frame, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, etc.).

💷 Rent & bills:
Rent is £1150.00 per month + bills (to be shared equally).

Bills work out to be about £200 per month currently (primarily due to council tax). Please note that the contract does include a £50 increase on rent each year.

I’m a professional working in for the NHS. I’d like to share with a friendly person who is respectful, tidy, and sociable, who’s happy to have a chat but also values personal space 😊
