Description
Here's a little sneak peek at your potential new room.
A fully furnished and spaciously comfortable bedroom that has pretty much all one would need:
- big king-sized bed
- small cozy couch
- 40-inch Samsung TV
- classic olive-green armchair
- large wooden closet
- work desk with ergonomic chair
If that's not enough, the room itself is large enough to accommodate all that and still have enough space for a good yoga practice or a workout, whichever you fancy. This is just to really emphasize the largeness of this room.
Now that I've highlighted the good stuff, I also need to share the constraints:
- Shared bathroom
- No living space, which means you will only have a small corridor between yourself and the other roommate
- Small kitchen (gas stove & fully equipped)
These constraints are pretty standard for London so perhaps these come as no surprise but thought I should let you know what to expect.
And now onto the roommate, here's a brief description in the voice of Jay Reum himself:
"Hello Hello!
Jay Reum here. I'm an actor (primarily voice actor) who is seeking a room. July 1st is my move-in date but I'm happy to move earlier if I find the right space.
To give you a sense of my vibe: I have a morning routine involving yoga, breathwork, and meditation and sleep on a tatami mat. I have plants and a solid number of wall hangings. I watch esports and play video games and have had several stints as a professional game master for DnD. (No campaigns at the moment, however)
To give you a sense of my day-to-day: I primarily work as a freelance actor. My main income comes from voice-over acting. I will have a home studio in my room so it is important that I have a relatively sound-proof room (lol) and flatmates that are OK with me being home and making noise in my room during the day!
Cleanliness of social spaces is important. I am looking for flat mates who share this sentiment."
Okay, now onto some of the logistics about the location itself:
- 5-minute walk from Gunnersbury Station
- 5-10 minute walk from the closest Co-Op and Budgens
- 10-minute walk from Chiswick House Gardens
- 10-minute walk from the river and Strand On Green (the perfect river pub location)
That's all I got for you but please feel free to ask me anything via WhatsApp or email and I can answer within 24hrs and if you wish to see it for yourself, we can arrange a time for you to check it out.
