Looking for a new housemate in Chiswick

Looking for a new housemate in Chiswick, to replace one of the current housemates who is moving.

The housemates: You would be sharing with 3 housemates, all female in our 20s and 30s. We are looking for a female in their late 20s-30s preferably. We are a social house and like to go out together or spend time together in the living room, but it is also a quiet, peaceful house and we respect each other’s need for relaxation. A nice balance.

The house: In a great location in Chiswick with excellent public transport links (Piccadilly line, District line, 94 bus into Central London). The house is on a quiet, residential street.
You would be sharing a bathroom with two of the housemates (one housemate has an en-suite). The bathroom is pictured - it also has a shower which is not visible in the photo. The girls are on different work schedules so rarely an overlap in using the bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen and living room (pictured), laundry room/downstairs toilet, and small garden.

About the bedroom: The room comes furnished with a double bed, small chest of drawers, and sink. Not pictured is a spacious built in wardrobe with mirror doors.

Bills on average £150 per month per person (council tax, internet, water, energy, fortnightly cleaner).

Available to move in from 1st November, with a little bit of flexibility if needed.
