Heya! To be clear, we are not yet tenants in this flat, we need a 3rd person and hoping to find someone available to move mid to end november with us! An offer is to be made, so there is a chance this place might go soon.

We live in another flat on this road and it’s super lovely around here, but looking to upgrade for a larger place.

About us:
We are two professionals who work odd days and weird hours, we have our two cats and enjoy a little chat here and there when we are both home.
We both also enjoy our individual time in our rooms, and if up for socialising we will be out in the living room or kitchen.

About you:
We are seeking someone who is tidy, friendly, and loves cats!

Please reach out if you are interested, we are looking to meet in person to see if it would be a good fit, as you would partake in the writing of contract.

The total flat rent is £2750, the 3 main bedrooms are all pretty much equal size.
We estimate between 160-200 in bills, which includes internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity, all the usual utilities.

It’s an 8-10 min walk from Gunnersbury station for overground and district line, and a 10 min walk from Kew bridge railway station.
