We are looking for a respectful, professional flatmate to take my large double room in a lovely, clean, and 3-bed flat on Chiswick High Road. 5 mins away from Chiswick Park Station, 7mins away from Gunnersbury for the Overground. 3 mins away from big Sainsbury's and loads of shops, pubs and amenities literally out the door.
The Room: A large-sized double room with plenty of light on the upper floor of the flat. It comes furnished
The Flat: The shared areas are spacious, modern, and kept clean to best of our abilities. We have a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom.
Location & Transport (The Commute):
The flat is incredibly well-connected, bus stops are 1 min away from the flat, also, you're just a 5-minutes away from Chiswick Park (District Line)7-minute walk from Gunnersbury Station (District Line Tube and London Overground).
Amenities: We have plenty of local shops, cafes, pubs and amenities right on our doorstep, large Sainsbury's, some gyms too
About the flatmates: they are two working professionals working in the city. One wfh two days a week and the another sporadically. They have been friends from school, lived together for 5 years and the environment is generally clean, fun, sociable and easy going really. They am respectful of personal space but am also friendly and happy to chat and go out to local pubs.
We are looking: for someone who is tidy professional, employed, financially stable, sociable, easy going, enjoy watching sports, joining us at pubs and generally fits in the dynamic of the flat
The Practical Details
Rent: £900per month and £850 deposit
Bills: Bills, council tax and internet are not included and split equally(approx. 150 a month)
Move-in Date: 15th of November 2025 (some days before might be ok)
Contract: This is a change of sharer, so the new flatmate will be added to the main contract with the letting agency (references and credit checks will be required), which expires at the beginning of May 2025, with the option to potentially let it roll for a bit:
