1 DOUBLE room available next to chiswick park

Hello!

Unfortunately, our newest housemate has found that London isn't the best move for her so we are now looking for someone to join this amazing house in the heart (ish) of chiswick.

The room available is moderately sized, comfortable double room in excellent condition. It comes furnished with good built in storage.

There is a shared living room, a large kitchen/ dining room, three bathrooms and a lovely garden.

We're currently a group of 6 professional housemates (3 male 3 female) who have all become quite friendly. We occasionally like to do some social things as a house (go for a drink/out/meals together), but definitely not a party house. Everyone is always welcome to join in when they want and we do a house Christmas dinner each year. We are respectful of each other's space, noise level for the most part and helping a bit around the house.

We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight, but we also each take charge of certain jobs around the house. For example organising the cleaner, emptying the dishwasher and doing meter readings (+a few more). We also try and have a general tidy up before the cleaner comes to make sure they can access all areas to avoid the responsibility all falling on the person letting them in.

You won't find a better room for this price in Chiswick. It's also perfect for commuters.

There's on-street parking directly outside the house for those with a car, all you need to do is get a permit (which doesn't take very long and not too expensive).
£700 rent includes ALL utility bills, including council tax (band G), fortnightly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon and other useful house things. However, with the cost of living the rent and bills have slowly been going up and we expect they will continue to do so in small amounts. (For example we were paying £680 until recently and that will now be going up to £700).

The room is available from the 16th of November. A new tenancy agreement will be signed in December for a year.
