Beautiful house near Hammersmith by the river

Hi Lovely People! We have space in our 4 bedroom house near Hammersmith next to the river with a double bedroom coming available late November / early December

We are all sociable, clean and polite people that appreciate a balance between social & private time. Up for going out for drinks, coffees, walks meals at a pub/restaurant or even movie & dinner / BBQ nights from time to time.

We are looking for similar minded people or couples to join us that also can enjoy being social from time to time but also respect each others down time.

1st Floor (2 rooms both ensuit):
Currently live with my long term girlfriend (she is between here 2 nights a week and her mums house) & my sister (we are both 30, I run my own residential design & build company and both my girlfriend & sister are aesthetician in the beauty industry)

2nd Floor (2 rooms 1 bathroom):
Lovely kiwi couple who’ve recently come over to the UK & an Aussie couple who room is coming free as they relocate back to Aus due to their visas coming to an end

We also have 2 adorable cats, Missy & Blu

Kitchen:
Modern kitchen equipped with gas cooker and breakfast bar on the island. Coffee machine, 2 ovens, combi microwave oven & dishwasher.
Small pantry room with both a washing machine & dryer.
Dining area that can seat up to 10 people.

Stations & Transport
-Stamford Brook station on the district line within a short walk on the district line
-Hammersmith station on district & Hammersmith and city line 15-20 minute walk away along the river front
-Bus 237 from outside Stamford Brook going directly to Westfield shopping centre (15 minutes)

Local Amenities
-Running & Cycling routes around the River Thames (the river is a 1 minute walk from the house)
-Mari Deli within a 2 minute walk (local Italian deli / coffee shop)
-The Elderpress Caffe within 2 minute walk(another local deli / coffee spot)
-The Black Lion pub & Old Ship (local pubs on the river opposite The Elderpress Caffe)
-2 Sainsbury's within a 5-10 minute walk from the house
