Lovely home in Chiswick

I am renting out my beloved room as i am moving together with my boyfriend.

I have been here from the summer and if my plans didn't change i would have stayed, as this has been the cosiest and most convenient place i have ever occupied in the 8 years i have been in the UK.

The flat is in a good area, in an adorable street with nice people. The downstairs neighbors are adorable and helpful, the atmosphere of the area is just great.
There are sunday markets every weekend and chiswick is vibrant.

The flat is cosy, it has two bedrooms and even though the one i am renting out is smaller, i find it more appealing. It has the morning sun come in and it's got good vibes. The livingroom is fairly big, with the window facing the street it allows to people watch and in the summer all the windows can be opened completely which is just great if someone likes to sit by them (the best one is the kitchen one).

There is a big bath and as far as i am concerned the water and electricity has a flat rate so free use, great for those who likes baths.

The current flatmate is a young professional (24) working in theatre and studying at Lamda. She is adorable, very friendly, helpful and considerate and deserves to find the best and most suitable housemate for herself.

I can't tell much more as i believe one comes and just feels wether it works for them or not, but it's been Home for me this year and sad to leave.

Bills come approximately £150 a month
