* Cleaner visits once a fortnight (includes bed change)
* Natural/eco-friendly products only
* No aerosols, heavy fragrances, or artificial air fresheners
* Only natural scents: essential oils, diffuser blends & beeswax candles (no soy or commercial candles like Yankee)
* No shoes worn inside
* Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons
* Miele washer-dryer
* Full-size fridge freezer
* No microwave (low-tox lifestyle)
* Bone china dinnerware available — if you’re clumsy, feel free to use your own (cupboard space provided)
* Dishwasher available — no dishes left in the sink
* Bathroom includes an electric shower
* Bathroom wiped down after use to prevent mildew
* Utilities included with fair usage (gas, electric, water)
* Blinds closed at sunset (for privacy + light /heat control)
* External CCTV for added security

I WFH Mon–Thurs, 9–5 — so ideally looking for someone who does not work from home.
This is not a revolving-door home — calm, stable living only to protect the energy.
I travel away for periods on work consignments, so you’ll have the place to yourself during these times.

£800 per month (incl. fair-usage utilities + WiFi)
One month’s notice
Maximum stay: 8 months
