Chiswick household for young adults

Hello,

This is a double room available for rent in a household of young adults. I will be moving out on the 26th of January so the room will be available from then. Rent is £850 per month, and includes all bills ( council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet. )

The house is located approx. 10 min walk from Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury tube stations - both serve the District line - and a short walk to Chiswick High Road which has many shops, cafes, supermarkets and the like. Chiswick has a great village atmosphere, with a busy high street, easy access to the tube / Central London, and is close to the river.

The house has five rooms in total, currently there are four other housemates - 2 female, 2 male. The housemates are kind, friendly and easy to talk to.

The house has a shared kitchen, living / dining room, bathroom and garden. There is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight to clean the common areas.

The real estate agency who oversee the property are very kind and easy to communicate with, and prompt to follow up on any issues which arise.

The room itself is a large double room. Bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and sink in room are all included. The room overlooks the back garden of the house and gets plenty of sunlight.
