It comes furnished with a double bed, drawers and a bed side table. It gets lots of morning sun which is great in the winter when the sun shows face.
You'll only be sharing the bathroom with the female as the male has his own ensuite.
The flat has a large lounge and kitchen with lots of space and super tidy.
It's not quite a 10min walk to the overground (mildmay line) and about 15 min walk to the district line.
There is also a bus just around the corner that takes you to Turnham green station.
Rent is 800 per month - this includes bills/ subscriptions and a cleaner
